The Diplomat Hotel is located on Felinfoel Road, Llanelli, SA15 3PJ. 

Just a mile from the town centre, the luxurious Hotel and Spa has free parking, free Wi-Fi and modern services. 

If you are attending and looking for overnight accommodation, the Diplomat are able to offer a competitively priced package for attendees. Please  contact the hotel directly for more information.


Travelling by Car

The hotel is within close proximity to the  M4 J48. If you are travelling by car, please use the postcode: SA15 3PJ. 

The Diplomat Hotel  offers ample parking on site and disabled parking spaces also available.

Travelling by Train

 The nearest train station to the hotel is Llanelli Station, (33 Min Walk).

Travelling by Bus

The nearest bus stop to The Diplomat Hotel in Carmarthenshire is Maeswerdd, Felinfoel. It’s approximately a 5 minute walk away from the hotel.

How do i get to the venue?

The Diplomat Hotel is located on Felinfoel Road, Llanelli, SA15 3PJ. If you are travelling by car, use the following postcode: SA15 3PJ. Llanelli Train station is located approximately two miles away and there are a variety of Taxi companies operating in town. If you are travelling by Bus, Llanelli Bus station is located approximately 1.5 miles away from the venue. 

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?

The Diplomat Hotel  offers ample parking on site and disabled parking spaces also available.

Is there a dress code for the event?

There’s no official dress code for the event, but we recommend smart/casual attire in keeping with the venue.

Is there any local accommodation I can book?

Yes, the Diplomat Hotel  offer accommodation but spaces are likely to sell out quickly. There are number of other hotels in and around Llanelli which are nearby. 

How do I collect my ticket(s)?

Your tickets will be sent to you by email BEFORE the event. Please retain these as you will need show them on arrival on the evening.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?

Unfortunately, tickets are NON-refundable. If however you are unable to attend, someone else is very welcome to attend in your place.

I have special accessibility needs/ Dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?

Of course! Upon booking your tickets there is a box which you can include any dietary or accessibility requirements for the event

If you’d like to add an extra donation to Radio BGM you can do so as part of your order below.
This is not mandatory – we appreciate every penny that you can give.
Your donations go towards keeping Radio BGM on-air 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
